Vehicle cooling system components

Your engine’s cooling system regulates engine temperature so that metal parts, gaskets, and lubricants survive normal operation. Ignoring early cooling issues can quickly lead to overheating, warped cylinder heads, and/or complete engine failure.

Common Warning Signs

  • Temperature gauge running hot or fluctuating rapidly
  • Overheating, steam, or coolant boiling over
  • Sweet syrup-like smell (ethylene glycol) around the vehicle
  • Visible coolant leaks or crusty residue near hoses or radiator
  • Coolant level repeatedly dropping / needing frequent top-offs
  • Heater not producing warm air
  • Cooling fan running constantly or failing to engage when hot
  • Discolored, rusty, or sludgy coolant in reservoir
  • Warning lights (temperature / check engine related to overheating)

If you suspect a cooling problem, address it before it escalates. We can pressure test, inspect flow, verify fan operation, and keep your engine protected from costly damage.
